Winter Wonderland- Autism Friendly Hour

On Saturday 8th December, 11am-12pm we will be hosting an Autism Friendly Hour within our Winter Wonderland.
 
Please note queues are likely, please arrive in plenty of time as the queue may close early.
 
General admission will re-open at 12pm.

Visitors can also share festive greetings by sending Christmas wishes via cards, letters or pictures to the local elderly who live alone. These can be posted at Santa’s Post Box, near Next. Simply write ‘Not Home Alone at Christmas’ on the front of the envelope and post by 18th December. They will be distributed by local charity Not Home Alone on Christmas Day.

Help a local disadvantaged child this Christmas by simply taking a tag from the tree, at our Customer Services unit. Return the unwrapped gift, with the tag back to the desk by 18th December.

Winter Wonderland – Santa, his helper and snow queens are coming to Grimsby!

Freshney Place’s Winter Wonderland will be located at 3 Clayton Walk in the Freshney Place Soft Play Unit near Millie’s Cookies, and will be open* Saturdays and Sundays 11am-3pm 30 November & 1 December, 7 & 8 December, 14 & 15 December, and 21 & 22 December 2024. Families are invited to take part in some Christmas themed crafts too.

The Wicked Witching Hours

Car Park Update

On the 1st of October if you are parking in our East Car Park a diversion is in place to enter, please follow this diversion. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

On the 2nd of October our West Car Park Upper levels will be closed, the ground floor will remain open for disabled and parent & child spaces only.  Please use our East Car Park.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

On the 7th of October our West Car Park Ground floor will be closed. Our upper levels will remain open and temporary bays will be available on level 3 for disabled and parent & child spaces. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
