If you would like to pay use a visit the Winter Wonderland is open near Millie’s Cookies, and will be open* Saturdays and Sundays 11am-3pm 7 & 8 December, 14 & 15 December, and 21 & 22 December 2024.

Please note On Saturday 8th December, 11am-12pm we will be hosting an Autism Friendly Hour within our Winter Wonderland. General admission will reopen at 12pm.

Please note queues are likely, please arrive in plenty of time as the queue may close early.

Visitors can also share festive greetings by sending Christmas wishes via cards, letters or pictures to the local elderly who live alone. These can be posted at Santa’s Post Box, near Next. Simply write ‘Not Home Alone at Christmas’ on the front of the envelope and post by 18^th December. They will be distributed by local charity Not Home Alone on Christmas Day.

Help a local disadvantaged child this Christmas by simply taking a tag from the tree, at our Customer Services unit. Return the unwrapped gift, with the tag back to the desk by 18th December.
