Car Parks
Parking at Freshney Place Shopping Centre is simple – with two secure multi storey car parks providing more than 800 spaces. Our West Car Park is located near to the Market and Next, the East Car Park is located near our Primark store.
East Car Park – Lift access is only available on level 6.
Dedicated parent and child spaces are available throughout the West Car Park. 
There are ample accessible parking facilities in both multi-storey car parks. For easy access to Shopmobility please park on the ground floor of the West Car Park. 
Electrical vehicle charging points are available on level 3 of the West Car Park. These charging points are FREE to use for paying car park customers. 
Visitors on motorcycles are welcome to park in the centre car parks and the same parking rates apply as stated below. West Car Park Opening Hours

As you enter our car park the ANPR system will read your Vehicle Registration Number. If for any reason it doesn’t, please press for a ticket.
Before leaving the centre, please pay at any one of our 5 pay stations, either by entering your Vehicle Registration Number and following the instructions on the screen or, if applicable, using your ticket.
After payment, return to your car and exit or, if applicable, insert your validated ticket at the machine

Cycling
Cycle racks are available on Frederick Ward Way outside Friary Walk, the ground floor of our West Car Park and around the town centre.
The Cycle Hub at Grimsby Town train station offers secure indoor cycle parking, servicing and repairs as well as cycle hire for the whole family. www.grimsbycyclehub.org.uk
Bicycles are not permitted in the shopping centre. Please use the facilities mentioned above to secure your cycle while visiting Freshney Place Shopping Centre.

ATM - Cash Points
Free to withdraw cash points are located near Poundland/Pep & Co on Friargate mall & inside M&S on the ground floor. Further cash points are available along Victoria Street just outside the shopping centre.

Soft Play
SOFT PLAY IS OPEN, TUESDAY TO SUNDAY, 9.30-15.00
Our FREE soft play area designed for kids under 120cm is to let the little ones blow off steam. We are pleased to provide this facility and have made it as safe as possible. The nature of children’s play activity means accidents may occasionally happen. Parents and guardians MUST supervise children at all times
Opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 9.30-15.00
Soft Play includes a breast feeding area and baby changing facility.

Our team patrol the shopping centre on a regular basis. They ensure the safety and well-being of both our shoppers and our retailers. Their responsibility is to maintain a welcoming, peaceful and safe environment in and around the centre. Any unusual or undesirable activities should immediately be brought to their attention.

Parking Update:
On the 1st of October if you are parking in our East Car Park a diversion is in place to enter, please follow this diversion. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
On the 2nd of October our West Car Park Upper levels will be closed, the ground floor will remain open for disabled and parent & child spaces only. Please use our East Car Park. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
On the 7th of October our West Car Park Ground floor will be closed. Our upper levels will remain open and temporary bays will be available on level 3 for disabled and parent & child spaces. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Shopmobility is located at our Customer Service Desk on Baxtergate Mall.
Equipment can be hired from the centre’s Customer Service Team (at the desk near to HMV), and includes both standard, bariatric wheelchairs and scooters.
To hire any equipment photo identification and proof of address must be provided. Hourly charges apply, annual memberships are available. Anyone requiring more information, or wishing to discuss the service further with the team, can contact the Customer Service desk on 01472 230250 or 01472 253028.

Freshney Place has a taxi drop off and pick up point located in the West Multi Storey Car Park on the ground floor. A bench has been specifically located in the car park near the entrance to the shopping centre for customers to wait for their taxi. You can call Taxi Cabs, Brighowgate Bus Station, Grimsby 01472 343434 or ask one of our staff on our Customer Service Desk on Baxtergate mall who will be happy to order a taxi for you.
