When are the car parks open? How many spaces do you have? Are there disabled and parent/child spaces?
The East and West car parks are open.
The Car Parks are open Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 18:00, no entry available after 17:30. Sunday 10:00am to 17:00 no entry after 16:30

Does the centre have a general Click and Collect service?
Yes available from the Customer Service Desk

Does Freshney Place Shopping Centre have WiFi?
Yes – we have WiFi available free to all our visitors. Simply log in when you arrive or ask any member of staff if you need some help.

Can I hire mobility equipment at Freshney Place Shopping Centre?
We have both wheelchairs and self-drive scooters you can hire from us. Please bring along 2 pieces of ID, one with a photo and one which includes your home address. We recommend that you call us beforehand to book your scooter to ensure we have what you need available. Note: Wheelchairs and scooters are subject to availability.
