Parking at Freshney Place Shopping Centre is simple – with two secure multi storey car parks providing more than 800 spaces. Our West Car Park is located near to the Market and Next, the East Car Park is located near our Primark store.
East Car Park – Lift access is only available on level 6.

Free to withdraw cash points are located near Poundland/Pep & Co on Friargate mall & inside M&S on the ground floor. Further cash points are available along Victoria Street just outside the shopping centre.

Our FREE soft play area designed for kids under 120cm is to let the little ones blow off steam. We are pleased to provide this facility and have made it as safe as possible. The nature of children’s play activity means accidents may occasionally happen. Parents and guardians MUST supervise children at all times

Shopmobility is located at our Customer Service Desk on Baxtergate Mall.
Equipment can be hired from the centre’s Customer Service Team (at the desk near to HMV and Freshney Play), and includes both standard and bariatric wheelchairs, as well as standard and extra-maneuverable ‘twin’ scooters’.
To hire any equipment photo identification and proof of address must be provided. Hourly charges apply, annual memberships are available. Feed the Birds
Freshney Place are teaming up with Grimsby in Bloom for a special Feed the Birds Event on Saturday 1st of December! Children can join us between 11am and 4pm and learn all about our flying friends in the sky, as well as make their very own bird feeder to take home, helping to provide our local birds with food during the cold winter months.
