Parking at Freshney Place Shopping Centre is simple – with two secure multi storey car parks providing more than 800 spaces. Our West Car Park is located near to Next, the East Car Park is located near our Primark store and Top Town Market.

	Dedicated parent and child spaces are available throughout the West Car Park.
	There are ample accessible parking facilities in both multi-storey car parks. For easy access to Shopmobility please park on the ground floor of the West Car Park.
	Electrical vehicle charging points are available on level 3 of the West Car Park. These charging points are FREE to use for paying car park customers. Please be advised from the 25th September, only one Electric Vehicle charging bay will be available to use in our West Car Park (Next). We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding whilst car park refurbishment works continues.
	Visitors on motorcycles are welcome to park in the centre car parks and the same parking rates apply as stated below.

Car Park Payments

As you enter our car park the ANPR system will read your Vehicle Registration Number. If for any reason it doesn’t, please press for a ticket.

Before leaving the centre, please pay at any one of our 5 pay stations, either by entering your Vehicle Registration Number and following the instructions on the screen or, if applicable, using your ticket.

After payment, return to your car and exit or, if applicable, insert your validated ticket at the machine

Cycle racks are available on Frederick Ward Way outside Friary Walk, the ground floor of our West Car Park and around the town centre.

The Cycle Hub at Grimsby Town train station offers secure indoor cycle parking, servicing and repairs as well as cycle hire for the whole family. www.grimsbycyclehub.org.uk

Bicycles are not permitted in the shopping centre. Please use the facilities mentioned above to secure your cycle while visiting Freshney Place Shopping Centre.

Free to withdraw cash points are located inside M&S on the ground floor. Further cash points are available along Victoria Street just outside the shopping centre.

Ladies, Gents & Disabled Toilets – Spacious cubicles that accommodate pushchairs and mobility aids.

Lowered Sinks – Perfect for children to wash their hands independently.

Baby Feeding Room – A quiet, comfortable space for feeding and changing your little ones.

Autism-Friendly Hour – During this dedicated time, we provide paper hand towels instead of hand dryers to create a calm and sensory-friendly experience.

SOFT PLAY IS OPEN, TUESDAY TO SATURDAY 9.30-15.00

Our FREE soft play area designed for kids under 120cm is to let the little ones blow off steam. We are pleased to provide this facility and have made it as safe as possible. The nature of children’s play activity means accidents may occasionally happen. Parents and guardians MUST supervise children at all times

Soft Play includes a breast feeding area and baby changing facility.

Our team patrol the shopping centre on a regular basis. They ensure the safety and well-being of both our shoppers and our retailers. Their responsibility is to maintain a welcoming, peaceful and safe environment in and around the centre. Any unusual or undesirable activities should immediately be brought to their attention.

Our ‘Package for Milly’ initiative is here to ensure anyone who needs essential menstrual products can access them with dignity and discretion. The scheme is named in honour of women’s rights campaigner Millicent Fawcett.
Visitors to Freshney Place can simply ask any member of the centre team for “a package for Milly” and will be given a free, discreet bag containing essential items, no questions asked.
